Sara has also been responsible for managing the operationalization of Volvo Car Group’s People and Employer Brand Strategies in close cooperation with dedicated leads. This included ensuring alignment between the strategies and evaluating the People & Employer Brand Strategys’ impact on business performance.
Sara's educational background is in Human Resources with a specialization in Strategic Human Resource Management and Employer Branding.
