The former Sr. Vice President & Chief Talent Strategist for the McCann-Erickson World Group People Marketing division, Ryan is a Master Brand Strategist and has worked with leading employers across diverse industry segments helping define employment value proposition and develop talent management strategy. Ryan is a professional member of the National Speakers Association and holds a degree in Communications/Business from Ohio University.
