As Old Mutual's Talent Sourcing and Employer Brand Manager, Prenai's primary area of responsibility is to lead the Talent Sourcing and Employer Branding strategy for Old Mutual’s Emerging Markets business (Africa, India, China, Columbia and Mexico). This includes ensuring that attraction and acquisition strategies are in place and that Old Mutual has a robust talent resourcing strategy targeted at each segment of the workforce.

 

Prior to her current role, Prenai was responsible for managing all aspects of the ABSA group's employer brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the ABSA corporate brand resulting in talent attraction as well retention. Previous to joining ABSA she held the role of Sourcing Lead for Accenture South Africa. She executed this by ensuring that the recruitment team utilises the breath of sourcing channels creatively and cost effectively whilst maintaining a focus on candidate relationships.

 

Prenai has led the graduate recruitment strategy for Accenture South Africa, ensuring that Accenture is seen as a great place to work amongst graduates. Prenai has also been the Talent Acquisition Lead for Microsoft South Africa.Prenai holds an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology and shares a passion for people development, employer branding & recruitment marketing where she is currently furthering her studies in this field.
