Global Research Forums
One of the reasons we founded Employer Brand International is to create a centre of excellence to share best practice in Employer Branding with companies and practitioners around the world. It was founded on the principle that developing a robust Employer Brand has relevance to every private, public and not for profit organisation as well as schools, universities and SMEs.
Through our live and virtual research forums we provide people with the opportunity to take part in surveys, discussions, knowledge transfer and thought leadership.
We respect the rigour applied to research within traditional academic institutions, but we also recognise that sometimes what in-house personnel need are the bullets for a six slide presentation, the ‘heads up’ information for an executive briefing and evidence of how other organisations have introduced employer branding successfully.
As a member we offer you longer research papers and case studies from companies who have successfully built a leading employer brand.
We can support you with presentations, generic benchmarked data from our Employer Brand surveys and the opportunity to be kept regularly informed of employer brand developments.
Our research findings have been featured in publications such as The Economist, Business Week, Personnel Today, Human Resources Magazine, Executive Grapevine, ERE Journal of Corporate Recruiting Leadership, In-Business Magazine, The Advertiser and the Herald Sun.
